Connecting an AI assistant

Open your frame’s page (the one its QR code opens). It has two things to copy: the page link, to paste into a conversation, and the MCP address, for an assistant that asks for a connector (ChatGPT, Claude or another). There is no account and no password: if a connector form insists on one, any value works.

The frame does not show what I asked

A frame sleeps between two wake-ups and picks up new content when it wakes: within a minute when plugged in, at its battery interval otherwise. The server cannot wake it early. The frame’s page shows when it was last seen and a preview of what it will show. If “seen” is getting old, check its power and Wi-Fi.

The content never changes on its own

That is by design: what your assistant publishes stays until it publishes something else. Fresh data (weather, agenda…) means your assistant composes a new image and sends it again, at the right time.

My frame’s link went too far

Whoever holds the link can change what the frame shows. Write to us and we will help you take control back. Do not post the link in a public place, including when asking for help.

What to put in your message

The frame’s name, what you asked (or what your assistant did), what the frame shows instead, and roughly when. A photo of the frame helps.
